Celebrating 85 Years!

This weekend, the Sicotte's are having a big family celebration in honor of Mrs. Sicotte's 85th birthday! Most of her 10 children, the grandkids and great grandkids will be in attendances. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and give Virginia a birthday hug!
In the next year, Mrs Sicotte plans to be moving to Washington DC to enjoy the Naval home's retirement community.

OUR Blog

Just a reminder, folks, this blog isn't about me. It is the College Park Blog. We can discuss the upcoming reunion or use it to make announcements - like Juanita Newsome's upcoming nuptials this March or Peter OConnor's 50th, February 19th. As a matter of fact, there are quite a few of us reaching the half-century mark this year! Quite a feat for the teenie-boppers who used to prowl the community center grounds!
(if you noticed the name change - I started another Blog, which requires me to be professional and my profile won't let me be both - I am still SuSu at heart.)

Happy birthday beautiful Lady! It is hard to believe that I have known you since you were about 12 years old. You still look like the same kid I knew back then. I look forward to growing old together with the rest of the College Park Gang. Just remember we will remain Kids at heart.

Who are the people in the page header pic?

Sorry, we couldn't fit every CP VIP in! But there are at least three Collins family members, some Toupses, a Pimental, two O'Connors, a Johnson, an Iverson, a Lyons, four Hermans, a Sicotte, and even a Polito! All names that go back decades in College Park. A lot of us aren't living there anymore, but we're there in spirit. This was the best picture I had to create a new look for the page. Next reunion, let's make it a point to get a mondo 'group' pic!
